At JSK Floating Islands, your peace of mind and safety are paramount. As such, we require all guests to confirm their travel insurance coverage before proceeding with their booking. If you do not possess travel insurance, a pop-up window will appear, and you will be required to select our insurance coverage along with your room reservation.

Section 2: Booking Process

We aim to facilitate a seamless booking process for all our guests, whether you already have travel insurance. Here is a more detailed explanation:

    (a) Existing Travel Insurance:

      • If you already have a valid travel insurance policy that meets the necessary coverage requirements, you can proceed directly to the booking page. During this process, you can select your preferred room type, check-in, and check-out dates, and finalize your reservation without any additional insurance charges.

    (b) No Existing Travel Insurance:

      • If you do not possess your own travel insurance, we offer the option of including our insurance coverage as part of your booking. When you choose this option, our insurance coverage will be added to your room rate. You will receive detailed information regarding the cost and extent of this coverage during the booking process.

This inclusion ensures that you are safeguarded against unexpected events during your stay at JSK Floating Island. We encourage you to thoroughly review the details of our coverage to understand its inclusions and any limitations it may have. Once you agree to include our insurance in your booking, you can proceed to confirm your reservation, with both the room rate and our insurance coverage included.

3. Our Insurance Coverage:

Our insurance coverage is exclusively offered to guests who do not possess their own travel insurance. We provide coverage up to a specified extent, and the particulars of our coverage will be presented during the booking process. It is imperative that you carefully review these details to comprehend the extent and constraints of our insurance.

4. Disclaimer:

It is crucial for all guests to acknowledge the following disclaimer:

JSK Floating Island provides insurance coverage solely as a convenience to guests who lack their own insurance. The responsibility for obtaining and managing comprehensive travel insurance remains with the guest. We disclaim any liability or responsibility for any costs or expenses incurred by the guest during their stay, including, but not limited to, medical expenses, trip cancellations, or lost property. We strongly advise guests to meticulously review and understand the terms and conditions of both our insurance and any additional policies they may have.

5. Insurance Claims:

In the unfortunate event that you need to make a claim on our insurance, please adhere to the instructions provided during your booking process. For any other claims, including those related to your personal travel insurance, kindly reach out to your respective insurance providers directly.

6. Compliance with this Policy:

Failure to adhere to this travel insurance policy may result in the inability to proceed with your booking or check-in at JSK Floating Island.

7. Review and Updates:

This Travel Insurance Policy and Disclaimer may be subject to updates and revisions. It is the responsibility of guests to review and understand the most recent version of this policy.

  1. JSK浮梦桥的入门票须提前购买。每日入场将被限制以确保社交距离。

  6. 食品和饮料

  7. 禁止客人将下列物品带入设施。管理层有权检查所有行李中是否有任何此类物品：-
    1. 酒精和烈酒
    2. 锋利物品，如剪刀、军刀、玻璃器皿
  8. 建议所有客人不要将珠宝或贵重物品带到JSK浮梦岛；我们对任何丢失、放错地方或被盗的物品概不负责。
  9. 建议所有客人保持活动浮桥附近的清洁和确保无垃圾。我们强烈鼓励客人使用场所提供的回收箱。
  10. 建议所有客人阅读在JSK浮梦岛每个景点的安全标志，并遵守礁石管理员/授权人员的指示。
  11. 如果发生雷雨，客人将被要求并引导安全离开活动浮桥。入场费不予退还。

    在JSK浮梦岛，您的安全是我们的首要任务。 客人必须遵守以下安全条款和条件：
  1. 须在所有景点穿上适当的泳装。管理层保留拒绝任何穿着不适当的客人进入的权利。
    1. 不可接受的泳装：棉质上衣/下装、牛仔裤、长裤、内衣、街头服装和透明/透视服装或其他被认为是不适当的。
    2. 可接受的泳装：一件式/两件式泳衣、紧身游泳裤、紧身防磨上衣、潜水服、冲浪短裤和布基尼。
  2. JSK 浮梦岛是一个深水设施。 为了您的安全，请先以脚踏入所有景点。
  3. 所有客人都必须全程穿上救生衣。
  4. JSK 浮梦岛不鼓励孕妇以及患有颈部、背部、关节、心脏问题或传染病史的旅客参与任何水上运动。
  5. 除了儿童游乐池，我们不鼓励8岁以下的旅客参与JSK浮梦岛的其它水上娱乐设施。
  6. 18岁以下的旅客须由一名成年人或监护人全程陪同。
  7. 珊瑚礁保卫员的责任是监督您的安全，他们不是救生员。请始终遵守保卫员的安全指示，否则有可能对您自己或他人造成伤害。
  8. 管理层保留驱逐在设施场所内表现出不当/不守规矩行为或任何形式“粗暴行为”的客人的权利。 入门费一概不退还。
  9. JSK 浮梦岛的管理层对因在娱乐水上运动附近使用其设施（包括工作人员的疏忽）而导致的任何类型的伤害、生命、事故或损失/损害概不负责。
  10. JSK 浮梦岛保留更改营业时间、关闭某些休闲区/景点、限制游客人数、取消或修改任何珊瑚礁活动的权利，恕不另行通知。

    条款和条件：
  1. 若JSK Borneo Reef Sdn Bhd 在 7 天或更短时间内收到通知或没有出现； 恕不退款。
  2. 若JSK Borneo Reef Sdn Bhd 在 8 到 30 天内收到通知； 客人将被允许重新安排或获得 50% 的退款。
  3. 若JSK Borneo Reef Sdn Bhd 在 30 天或以上收到通知； 客人将被允许重新安排或获得全额退款。
  4. 在处理退款时，旅客将被征收2%的额外费用，具体金额会因支付服务供应商而异。
  5. 若因恶劣天气相关部门发布红旗警告；客人可以重新安排日期。如果客人无法重新安排日期，则可全额退款。
  6. 如果由于任何不可预见的情况，JSK Borneo Reef Sdn Bhd 决定取消；客人将被允许重新安排。如果客人无法重新安排，则客人有权获得全额退款。
  7. 当客人已经在海洋世界时，不会受理任何退款请求
  8. 行程顺序可能会根据供应情况和天气条件而改变。
  9. 任何更改或延迟到访日期将由 JSK Borneo Reef 私人有限公司酌情决定，并将视具体情况而定。
  10. 由于其他原因，旅客可根据JSKBorneo Reef 私人有限公司的政策规定，更改预订或重新安排行程日期，无需支付任何手续费（视供应情况、适用费率和条件而定）。任何新的行程日期必须在原先确认的日期的六（6）个月内进行更改。
    11. *请注意：门票不可转让；因此，在重新安排的预订上更改名称是不允许的。
  11. JSK Borneo Reef 私人有限公司保留随时更改和/或修改本条款和条件的权利，恕不另行通知。
